A sequel to Pitch Black (2000): Riddick is now a hunted man caught in the middle of a major clash between two powerful forces.

We were commissioned to create 5 establishing 2D multi-layered matte paintings of destroyed cityscapes. We did a considerable amount of mood and layout design before the actual execution of the matte paintings. The paintings were executed in 6 - 8 K resolution to facilitate the camera moves of the shots.  The work in this resolution required a lot of patience and a meticulous attention to detail.
